Graduation is filled with many traditions, all of which lead up to the Commencement Exercises on Saturday, June 7. You may have seen one tradition, in which we hang banners of our Seniors' portraits along William Clarke Drive. What a powerful tribute to our students and to the community that has raised them! Another tradition has our students visit all of the elementary schools for a final walk through the halls. It is so moving when students see their former teachers who remember each other from when they were much younger. It is also powerful for younger kids to see our seniors in their gowns and graduation regalia and cheer for them. Graduation is a community event, and these traditions reinforce that!
