Every year, fourth-grade students from all three elementary schools come together to compete in Westbrook's College Knowledge Competition. The participating teams spend most of the year studying a variety of fun facts about college - from mascots and locations to vocabulary and majors.
Their commitment is truly impressive. Many students give up recess time to prepare and continue studying at home, showing remarkable dedication and enthusiasm for learning.
Thank you to the College Knowledge advisors for their time and leadership, as well as to the families who supported these students along the way.
Following months of preparation, teams from each school faced off in an exciting and spirited competition. This year, Saccarappa Elementary achieved an incredible sweep—earning first, second, and third place!
